Vision Statement:

The Victory Community Foundation (VCF) will become a source of public service and community development in South Los Angeles. VCF’s goal is to provide an opportunity and strategy for individuals in the inner city to identify and reach their life goals, broaden horizons, re-purpose and refurbish housing, assist in employment, economic literacy, medical/mental/drug related health services and academic support for students K-12.
